About Us
Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve balance, or find deep mind-body relaxation, our Pilates studio welcomes you to move with intention, grow with confidence, and align from the inside out.
Where Form Begins
Forme, pronounced “form.”

A single word that carries intention, strength, and possibility.
Form is where every movement begins. It’s the foundation of progress, the difference between simply moving and moving with purpose. In Pilates, form is power; alignment that protects, control that builds confidence, and precision that transforms the body from the inside out.

In French, forme means shape. Not just the shape of the body, but the shape of how you show up, how you stand taller, breathe deeper, and move through the world with clarity and confidence.

We chose Forme because it reflects what we believe in:
that strength can be graceful, discipline can feel empowering, and consistency can be life-changing.

Here in Palo Alto, where innovation, ambition, and intention converge; Forme is a space to refine yourself. To return to the fundamentals. To move smarter, not harder. To build a body that supports the life you’re creating.

This is more than a workout.
It’s a practice.
It’s a mindset.
It’s your formé.

Our Story
Most studios start with a business plan. Ours started with friends who kept crossing paths in Palo Alto, at classes, at neighborhood coffee shops, and in conversations that kept going a little longer each time.

At first, it was the usual: favorite instructors, toughest classes, sore muscles. But it quickly turned into something more, what Pilates was doing well, and where it could be better.

Each brought a different perspective. One came from a science and pilates background, always thinking about how movement should be rooted in how the body actually works. Another came from tech and fitness, imagining how the entire experience could feel more seamless and intuitive. The third came from a celebrity fitness and certified pilates background, knowing that the best workouts aren’t just effective, they’re energizing, confidence-building, and personal.

Somewhere along the way, those conversations turned into a shared vision. Pilates could be more thoughtful, more personalized, and more connected.

So we built a studio that reflects exactly that.
