We’re seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to become part of our growing, dynamic organization. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a meaningful impact within a thriving fitness community.

• 2+ years of relevant experience 

• Dependable, professional, computer-literate, and highly personable

• Friendly, vibrant, and outgoing demeanor

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)

• Interest in health and/or fitness is preferred

• A deep appreciation for Pilates, the Forme brand, and helping others feel their best

• Receptive to guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support. 

• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

• Highly professional, motivated, and collaborative team member

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the studio

  • Frequent walking, bending, reaching, squatting, and stooping (above and below shoulder height)

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed

• Warmly and professionally greet all members and guests upon arrival

• Ensure proper check-in procedures for clients

• Answer phones courteously and handle inquiries efficiently

• Address and resolve member questions

• Update and maintain member accounts as needed

• Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and presentable

• Conduct tours for prospective members

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to members, guests, and prospects

• Support other departments with related tasks as needed
