Promotion applies only to current advertised pricing
Founding or legacy rates are not eligible
Founding pricing remains valid only if not canceled
Upgraded memberships begin at the next billing cycle
Offer cannot be combined with other promotions
Annual memberships are non-refundable once activated
“Activation” is defined as the membership start date, not first class use
Formé Pilates reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time

Health and Class Participation

You acknowledge that participation in Pilates and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including injury from overexertion, improper equipment use, or failure to follow instructions.

You accept full responsibility for selecting activities appropriate to your fitness level.
